# Directions:
01 - In a small bowl, blend softened cream cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped basil, Parmesan, dried oregano, and a pinch of black pepper until smooth.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving a 0.4-inch border around the edges.
