# Directions:
- Arrange 8 clear cups with 6 to 8 ounce capacity on a clean work surface.
- Dissolve strawberry or cherry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir to combine. Distribute approximately 2 tablespoons of mixture into each cup. Position cups at a slight angle using a muffin tin for support and refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until firmly set.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean bowl and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.

- Dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir thoroughly. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Once white layer is firmly set, gently pour blue gelatin mixture over the white layer, distributing approximately 2 tablespoons into each cup. Refrigerate upright for a minimum of 2 hours until completely set.
- Top each cup with whipped cream and garnish with fresh blueberries and strawberries if desired before serving.
