  • Savory Toppings: 6 poached or soft boiled eggs (optional) 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved ½ cup feta cheese crumbled (or vegan feta) 1 cup cucumber thinly sliced ½ cup radishes thinly sliced ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced ½ cup smoked salmon (optional) ¼ cup microgreens or arugula
