# Directions:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly blend shredded coconut, coconut butter, coconut oil, powdered erythritol, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt until a uniform dough forms.
02 - Refrigerate the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to firm slightly for easier handling.
03 - Portion the dough using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, then roll each portion into a 1-inch diameter ball.
04 - Roll each ball in the extra shredded coconut to create an even coating.
