07 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
→ Tacos
08 - 8 small flour tortillas (6-inch diameter)
09 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
10 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
→ Toppings
11 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
12 - 1 large tomato, diced
13 - ¼ cup sliced dill pickles
14 - ¼ cup diced red onion
15 - ¼ cup burger sauce (store-bought or homemade)
# Directions:
01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Crumble ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook 5 to 7 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
02 - Stir ketchup and mustard into the cooked beef. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until evenly mixed. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Wipe skillet clean. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat until shimmering.
04 - Place one tortilla in skillet, top with a slice of cheese and a heaping spoonful of beef mixture. Fold tortilla in half, press gently, and cook 2 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
05 - Fill tacos with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced pickles, and red onion. Drizzle with burger sauce before serving.
