# Directions:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, 1 tablespoon honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
02 - Divide the oat mixture evenly between two jars or airtight containers, filling each approximately three-quarters full.
03 - Top each portion with sliced strawberries and chopped pistachios, distributing evenly across the surface.
04 - Cover containers with lids and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight until oats reach desired creamy consistency.
05 - Remove from refrigerator, stir gently if desired to recombine, and drizzle each serving with 1 teaspoon of honey immediately before consumption.
