# Directions:

02 - In a separate small bowl, combine diced strawberries with fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon maple syrup, gently tossing to coat evenly.
03 - Distribute oat mixture equally between two mason jars or lidded containers, filling each halfway. Top each with half the strawberry mixture, then repeat with remaining oats and strawberries, creating distinct layers.
04 - Cover containers tightly with lids and refrigerate for minimum 6 hours or overnight to allow oats to hydrate, soften, and flavors to meld completely.
05 - Remove from refrigeration and top each serving with crushed graham crackers and additional fresh strawberries. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired, and serve immediately.
