13 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add beef or turkey and brown evenly on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
02 - Add chopped onion and diced bell pepper; cook for 3 minutes until softened.
03 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add tomato paste, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; stir thoroughly to coat meat and vegetables.
05 - Pour in diced tomatoes and broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 25 minutes if using beef, or 15 minutes for turkey, until meat is tender.
06 - Add pasta to the pot, stir well, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid mostly absorbed.
07 - Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
