01 - 1 can (14 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)

→ Filling

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp powdered sugar
04 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
05 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
06 - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

→ Topping

07 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
09 - 1 to 2 tbsp milk
10 - 2 tbsp festive sprinkles

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
03 - Divide the biscuit dough into 12 pieces. Flatten each piece into a 3-inch round.
04 - Place 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling in the center of each dough round. Fold the edges up and pinch tightly to seal, forming balls.
05 - Place the biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush each ball generously with the melted butter.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 14 to 16 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
08 - While baking, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth to create the glaze.
09 - Remove the biscuit bombs from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle with glaze and sprinkle festive decorations on top.
