# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It's the rare breakfast that tastes indulgent while actually fueling your body with real nutrition and keeping you full until lunch.
  • Ten minutes of prep means you can forget about breakfast stress on busy mornings and just grab something genuinely delicious.
02 -
  • Don't skip the vanilla extract because you think it's optional—it's the secret ingredient that transforms this from tasting wholesome to tasting actually good.
  • If your berries are watery, add them just before eating rather than the night before, unless you like your oats on the softer, more soup-like side.
03 -
  • Use a mason jar with measurement lines on the side so you can see exactly how much liquid everything will absorb, which helps you adjust ratios when you start experimenting.
  • The almond butter swirl stays visible and distinct if you add it right before sealing rather than stirring it in, making the final product look as good as it tastes.
